| Rationale behind this course: |
The dearth of embryologists and the growing interest of young student scientists in the field of human embryology and its applications in Assisted Reproductive Techniques have necessitated the inclusion of this course. This course will incorporate lecture series, video presentations and demonstration of various techniques. Hands on training will be restricted in the initial phase, but subsequently those who are interested in deeply pursuing this course could be given the options of advanced hands on training.
The course contents are formulated as per the guidelines framed by Indian Council of Medical Research, so as to introduce the various norms and methodologies in a well phased manner. |
