How do I book my hotel?
|
Select the hotel form the link http://www.ivftraining.com/hospitality.aspx Fill in the request form for hotel booking & email us. EART team will assist you in booking hotel room, payment for which would be made by the delegate themselves.
Rooms will be subject to availability at a particular hotel at any given point of time. |

Whether I will be getting hands-on in the training course?

The main focus of the academy is to provide Hand-on training to the candidates Inclined to work in ART field. |

What kind of syllabus is there in the particular course I selected?

Will I get any books for reading during the training?
|
Books available in the academy library are meant for reading in-house only.No requests for photocopying or lending for hotel reading of EART library books would be entertained. |

Is your academy accredited to National or International Institution?

Will there be any test/examination after the course?
|
For Certificate course in ART, candidates are evaluated on the basis of Multiple Choice Questions towards the completion of the course. |

What kind of certificate will I be awarded on completion of course?
|
For Accredited courses; candidates would be awarded a certificate jointly issued by Centre for Reproductive Medicine & EART, signed by Dr. Ashok Agarwal & EART in house faculty.
While for Non-Accredited courses; Candidates would be awarded Academy's own certificate signed by EART in-house faculty. |

Can I get reference of any trainees who have undergone training at EART?

Can I visit any IVF centre after the training course is over?

Will depend on whether there are any on going cases in any of the clinics in Mumbai & further whether permission is granted from the particular clinic for any visitor. |

If I want to cancel my reservation for the training course how to do it & what are the cancellation procedures?

Whether accommodation is included in the course fee or not?

No. Hotel accommodation is not included in the course fee. |

During the course, strict vegetarian working lunch would be provided (includes tea/coffee/light snacks). Candidates have to manage breakfast & dinner at hotel or outside on their own. |

Academy will arrange pickups from Airports only with prior information regarding correct & updated arrival details from the candidate. |

Indian resident can pay by a demand draft in favour of Embryology Academy for Research & training or they can pay online by credit card from the website. Foreign Nationals/Residents can pay by online by credit card. |

Is it safe to go around Mumbai after the course during the day?

Yes. Someone from the academy would accompany the foreign nationals. |
